APPLYING FOR A Consent ORDER

If you have been able to agree arrangements and want them formalised in a court Order, you will need to apply to the court nearest to where the child lives to ask the court to approve the Consent Order and issue it as an Order of the court.

You will need to apply to the court using Form C1 and pay the application fee. Further information on applying for an Order and the process of how to apply are below.
